Your impressions of the program and coaching?
The process has been very positive. The continuity of the program allows for step-by-step progression, and the collaboration with Guy remotely has been essential. His guidance, availability via WhatsApp and email, and ability to involve other experts have truly supported our growth.
What changes have taken place in your business?
Manual bookkeeping has been replaced by a reliable system. The OVO financial plan was completed thanks to Guy’s precise advice and regular follow-up. The local coach complemented this collaboration by providing expertise on branding, the website, and social media.
What makes Einstein Rising/OVO unique?
The international collaboration and continuous support go beyond a one-off project. Each step is clear, transparent, and designed to foster shared success—from SEED to the Boost Camp, then online coaching, and the Investment Committee.

What motivated you to volunteer as a coach, and what drew you to this particular project in Uganda?
Being a business coach is an interesting activity in an entrepreneurial environment. Moreover, it is a real challenge in an African context. And, in my opinion, it is the most effective way to help Africa in its development.
Can you share a moment during your coaching journey that was particularly rewarding or impactful?
I visited, together with our future partner MADCO, their company for an entire day: the production sites, the clients… This was extremely helpful in understanding their activities and way of working.
How has this experience enriched your perspective or professional skills? Would you recommend it to other coaches?
I would definitely recommend this experience to others. It helps a lot to understand the African entrepreneurial context, and it is a personal challenge to try to make their business successful.
