OVO is pleased to announce the formation of an independent Investment Committee responsible for evaluating companies and investments against the criteria for the "OVO Certified: Investing for Change" label. This label indicates that a company and its growth project meet the minimum requirements in terms of viability, sustainability, legal compliance, risk management, sustainability goals, and impact.
Only projects with this label are presented to business angels for their final evaluation and potential investment. Lorsqu'un projet obtient des engagements de la part de business angels, il devient éligible au Fonds d'accélération OVO, qui fournit 50 % supplémentaires des fonds nécessaires après l'identification des business angels.
