The different stages of coaching: Marc and Marcus, Business Coaches, share their experience
This article highlights the story of Aminata Khoussa, a Senegalese lawyer by training, who founded Voxdream, a Senegal-based company specialising in audio services such as voice-over, content creation, animated videos and live performances.
- Voxdream has a keen interest in culture and children, producing educational content promoting Senegalese and African culture through the Animafrica label.
- Coaching tailored to her specific needs has enabled Aminata to develop her business efficiently, without recourse to a loan. After a series of steps including a review of the Social Impact Canvas conducted at the Boostcamp in September 2023 with ICHEC, discussion of the business plan, exploration of her personal values and an in-depth SWOT analysis, Amina and her coaches identified three main activities on which to focus.
- Each activity was analysed in detail, including its description, organisation, investment requirements, expected growth in the number of employees and a specific SWOT analysis. By establishing a simplified cash flow for each of the three activities and consolidating the whole, it became clear that Amina had the capacity to grow at its own pace, without the need for a loan.
